The_Arrow_Of_Requiem

Moves which lead to a winning position but are super tricky to spot. Forcing moves which result to winning the Queen or the entire game

Look at this example

I do know that in books, ‘!’ means good move. Maybe it means the only resource that saves the game?

isn't that a "brilliant move" then?

A brilliant move is a move the computer did not see.

I think not. A brilliant move is a more or less random move that's better than your previous moves. A good player doesn't usually get them. A "great find" will be something along those lines but, perhaps, something that's a good move which isn't too obvious.

I captured a hanging queen which is considered a "great find"

I think that the difference between brilliant move and great find is that computer can see great find and this is the only move that saves the game.

Brilliant moves are moves that are so good that the computer did not find, but were still better than their best move that they could calculate. Great finds/moves are lesser than brilliant moves, because the computer likely saw them, but yet still believed another move was better.
