When its comes to sacrifice,Im just wonder with is better?

It depends. The only piece you can't sacrifice is your king.

That's easy: The Knight, of course! Whether sacrificing or doing anything else, it's hard to beat a wandering Knight, what with all his armor and skill with a sword!
