For Game Review, the site uses Stockfish 16 NNUE
That said, the definition of brilliant isn't really standard, so different apps may define them differently. Here's brilliants are sacrifices of material that are good or best, rating plays a roll, and if you're completely winning even without the move it doesn't count.
