It’ll vary from game to game, some games are more complicated than others and therefore likely the players will be less accurate while others can be fairly straightforward and result in higher accuracies. Just aim for being as accurate as you can. ![]()
What’s considered good for a beginner?
Accuracy is relative. In any test it is good, but it also depends on the difficulty of the test. If you did basic multiplication and got 90% then yes perhaps you should have 100, if it is performing high level maths then 70% is going to be better than most people will ever be able to do. Same in chess, just because your oponent is low rated doesn't mean both of you are not going to reach super complex positions that are difficult to solve. Just do your best to identify what is happening in a position and what both sides should be doing, then the better moves will be identified.
Just wondering, what percent accuracy in the game review is considered good for someone at around 600 elo?
Accuracy doesn't measure how good you're at chess. It doesn't measure anything. It's meaningless.
There is a number that measures your chess, and it's your rating. If you're 600, you're roughly as good as all the other 600 rated players. Accuracy doesn't matter.
