Are you sure you want Erik? He's the CEO, and probably has nothing to do with whatever it was you wanted him for.
Shouldn't you contact the appropriate person instead?

The about section doesn't contain any contact info I just checked. Could you put me in touch with Erik or the head of marketing?

You posted in a 4 year old thread about something completely unrelated to your problem.
To straighten out problems with your accounts, you need to contact Support, which you can do through the Support links. https://chess.com/support
I did a search for the user id you posted "Ayahnsh89987." The search said that no such id exists. https://www.chess.com/members/search?phrase=Ayansh89987&coaches=0&streamers=0&titledMembers=0&sortBy=best-match
Why not just play with the account that you just opened?
Pls return my chess id named Ayansh89987 . Ihave prof that this is my id

If you look at the profile of the account it will show the closure reason with a link to the article explaining why that can be closed.
You should also have received an email in the address associated with the closed account about your options. You might check your junk/spam folders to see if it got filtered.
Otherwise, you'll need to contact Support as suggested by @justbefair
We are contacting them now per a jcohen42 who is a so called leader of TEAM USA Live and TEAM USA. We are about to tell them that we are going to create a case against him and Chess.com for bullying authorized individuals of the United States of America. Why?!
Without warning, we were blocked from privately messaging him (hence why we can only get his attention publicly without wanting to) and banned from the club for simply asking were the two locations were to post (we are not spammers but simply elongate to for transparency)
Without warning, we were muted from live chats from both said clubs but the same individual posted above. We can see one club, though unfair, but two? That is just power hungry immature madness that is unmitigated really. Come on now?! We practically begged him to let bygones be bygones. He would not listen as a so called leader. What an embarrassment to the Chess.com mission statement and objective. We are not asking that he gets punished but are standing up all and standing against undesirable behaviors from all, especially those who are supposed to lead us.
Without consideration and respect, we were rudely dealt with by jcohen42 and have not heard anything from the other super administrators and administrators within the last 2-3 days to have actions against him and or hear our words. A message back would be nice.
We understand that the said behaviors by jcohen42 and perhaps other so called leaders fall under bullying and other terminologies that are punishable by United States and international governing bodies.
We also reported and sent multiple updates via Chess.com despite jcohen42 using bullying and mind games to make it appear as if we were doing what he said but was not true. We have everything on file and have handed everything over to the appropriate parties that ruled in our favor. We will drop everything if we are let back in the clubs and are unblocked and unmuted from live chats, notes, and forums. There should be adequate communication, warnings, and chances prior to silent blocking, muting, and banning in secret. That is unfair treatment. What if you woke up to your club and Chess.com to find out that happened to you? Would you like that? No. So, why allow leaders and others do it to members of the Chess.com community?! Please hear our words and undo the injustice of jcohen42 and others. We were not offered a fair, just process and are standing up to make sure this does not happen again with us nor anyone else for that matter.
We just want to get back in the clubs and can possibly avoid any and all punitive actions against him, others, and Chess.com. We wish to have peace, love, and unity between all nations and did nothing but answer the questions of others, welcome them, play as volunteers, and encourage growth in membership. We also were leaders in a sense that, when we did not get an apology from leadership from both clubs, we were the only ones who said sorry publicly for their mishap. Other nations appreciated that and gave us much support! Ask the hundred of members who supported us and even favorably reacted to our comments. We saved everything, even though jcohen42 deleted some if not most of our messages to cover what did as a bully. No worries. We all have our bad days and weakness. We will drop everything if we can get back in the club but will take this up to head management to make sure members are treated with respect and are heard. No one should go through this at all. We all are on the same team: play and enjoy chess. Let's do this guys. Stop the bullying and silent treatment in the guise of cowardice and immaturity. For the community at large and Chess.com!🥲👍
I'd like to email the CEO, Eric
Anybody know his email?
