Why is it, that most high achievers rarely talk about themselves and are usually humble about their exceptional skill, knowledge or tallent and then you have those who need to put themselves on pedestal by telling everybody how good they are....lol

I haven't met most high achievers so I can't comment on your statistic, but the need to boast is purely behavioral and has nothing to do with specific skill sets.

I didn't mean that globaly, just people I know from sport, business and science. I always stick to one rule.. actions are louder than words.

I'm sure he's a very intelligent fellow, but I doubt he is a genius level as far as IQ goes. I've got a rather high IQ, but I'm a very mediocre chess player.
before saying talent, that person must has at least an above average IQ, dont tell me that a person with 60 IQ will have a SPECIAL TALENT
You are sooooo wrong, I can't believe you can make a statement like that. Tallent is something you are born with. It's in your genes. You have mentally challenged people that can do some incredible things...yes their IQ is pretty low. Nerds are high in IQ department but would you let them build your house? or make a basketball team? No! They are uncoordinated and would most likely hurt themselves. Physical ability has nothing much to do with IQ but it just shows the other extreme. Life is not black or white. It's infinite amount of shades of grey.
