Here im tempted to play 3...Bc5 with black. In any case 3.Bd3 is a terrible blunder because it impedes the natural development of white's c1 bishop. The key in this position is to not allow white to open it up- keep it closed- and manuever your pieces to the kingside slowly, but mainly, KEEP PIECES ON THE BOARD. At the very least black can easily equalize in this position.
