Hikaru and Gothamchess are the best because they tick all the boxes
High Level.
Good Camera set up
Engaging
Entertaining
Informative
Consistent with all the above.
A lot of streamers are really lazy and don't put in the effort, poor camera set up, don't talk much.
Bok for example is very high level but no where near as engaging or talkative as the above two so don't really watch him.
I used to watch gingerGM when he streams, he's no oil painting, but he's funny and engaging with a good camera set up so you don't feel sea sick watching.

Is it skill?, Is it how attractive a person is, Is it relatability, or something else? Could a person who's 1500 still be popular?
