From highest peak to lowest valley it was 300. From 1590 to 1290

I'm not sure if this counts, but 10 years ago, when bullet ratings on this site were super inflated, I hit a peak of 2200.
Then I stopped playing chess, came back several years later and my rating quickly fell down to the 1600s.
So yeah, that's a drop of about 600 rating points. Although it's primarily due to the rating system itself changing, rather than being due to my actual skill level dropping that much.
