What's the difference between a Super GM and a GM?

Here's my definition: to be. considered a super GM, a player must be 1) rated 2700+ FIDE and/or 2) be a former world champion. So, even though Kasparov's rating is under 2700, I would consider him a super GM.

There are 1800 plus GM in world but only few out of them are exceptional , they are called as super Gm . As it is a informal term ; I consider every GM who qualified for candidates are Super Gm
