If you mean in Chess.com, probably "only" a 2400 or so. In real life, I once saw two GM's play at a tournament, one was around 2750 and the other 2675.
Has anyone seen a 9999?
Seen some 2500 GMs play, maybe 2600s.
Other than that you can look at the FIDE top 10 online :p
Didn't chess network get something like 4200 in bullet a pretty long time back? On chess.com that is.

Now that you mention it, I've seen some over 10,000 on yahoo. They get multiple accounts and play thousands of games, one ID dumping all its points into another over and over.
