the learning vids by known, titled players (GM Gareev, GM Dzindzichashvilli, and many other GMs and strong IMs like Kiewra). Great ressource to learn and improve at chess.
It could be anything, like the quiz, or the blogs, but personally, I'd have to say that I like the tournaments!
Surprisingly enough, this is one of the only sites that has real tournaments!
chesscube has them, but they are so dumb, they're all 1 min.!
