What's your favorite tactic?

In chess, many tactics exist. My question is, which one is your favorite?

It could be one you use most often, the most helpful, or one you've never used but hope to use someday. So which one is it?

Mine is the windmill. I've always wanted to play it in a game, but I've never had the chance. I think it's the most devastating usually and would be awesome to play. Maybe someday I'll play it.....
