Probably,black could play more "attacking" when queen was open,when it wasnt at c2!

I always wanted to see a game where the King was the first piece to be developed.
Imagine in the voice of Kevin from thechesswebsite:
"White now plays Kf2, beginning his development and getting his King involved into the game... ...White continues with his King, hoping to eventually move it to this strong d2 square..."
Have you ever castled by hand (i.e. castling in more than one move)? Have you castled like this?
I know I know that this is stupid. But it's funny when I win (not so funny for the NM on the other side)
