Well somedays I feel like shit and I blunder like every single move and lose every single game that day. I dont think you learn anything from just playing poorly. Chess is all about pattern recognition and if all you play is crappy patterns and obvious mistakes then all you're going to learn is crappy patterns and obvious mistakes.

Quality > Quantity
