Usually I only get 1 Puzzle Rush per day (default, free chess.com account). Since I only get one, then I just pick anytime of the day I feel motivated and I know I won't be uninterrupted; sometimes that means playing fairly early or late. At the time of me posting this, I have been enjoying 5 attempts per day from a gifted gold membership; so I've just been spreading out my attempts through the day based on my motivation.

I also joined this club recently. Perhaps you can ask there as well. Mostly Puzzle Rush is just pattern recognition though; as long as you can focus on the attempt (few or no distractions) then you will probably do all right.
