what I want to know is what chess.com rating is the best to start studying about chess? because so far, I'm improving by only playing more. any advice?

There's no specific time to study.

The more you study, the better you'll get, if you study correctly.

There's no strict rule about when to start studying chess, but as your rating increases, especially beyond 1000 or 1200, playing alone might not be enough to continue improving quickly.
