You can advertise is the chess.com clubs which allow advertising, or perhaps in the forum threads if it is tactfully done (not spamming etc.). Let's see what others say in this thread though; I don't want you to get in trouble because of my advice alone

If it's a chess related channel, one topic about it is usually allowed. If it's not chess related, it's not really allowed.
