where can I practice end games?

I suck at end games and everyone just seems to become a GM when they have a few pawns and a king left. problem is in low elo's the games very rarely get to end games and I never have a chance to practice. Learning and puzzles are all very specific scenarios that don't show up. Where can I go to just play end games and learn them?

you need an endgame book. you can't "practice" endgames while you're playing. endgames need to be practiced before hand and then applied during a game.

A) Basic Chess Endings by Ruben Fine

B) 100 Endgames You Must know by Jesus De la Villa

c) Complete Endgame Course by Jeremy Silman.

Learn the most important theoretical ones and then study practical endgames (how to play). Usually in the endgame you pay attention to attacking weak pawns and pushing passed pawns.

theres drills here on chess.com plus you can setup positions in analysis and practice against the computer no need for books, unless you need it explained to you

that's fine. it is more important to learn how to play endgames than HOW you learn to play endgames. But I do think that explanation of basic concepts is helpful for understanding endgame principles, which a computer will not teach you.

example: a computer will tell you where to place a rook in a specific R+P endgame but it won't teach the principles of active and passive rooks.
