I can’t register for some Tournaments as it says my average time per move is too high.

Where do I find what my current average time per move is?

Unfortunately it's not shown in the interface anymore. You can see it in the API.

Your avg time per move in seconds is "time_per_move":46134

I was in a chess club. Time control was 90 minutes for 40 moves + 60 minutes.

I once took 50 minutes to make 1 move. And so did my opponent.

What kind of non-sense is this?

It's for Daily chess tournaments and TDs can set the max average time per move they want on the events.
