USCF: Good luck! That stupid organization that I myself play under has some corny rules, and they charge you to buy a dated rules book, and only publish the updates since the last book publication on their Website. We should not have to spend money just to get the f'ing rules of the game if you ask me, but that's the USCF and its morons that run it in a nut shell!
