I should also mention I'm using public computers so no downloading.
Yes, I could print pgns, but that would be laborious if I want many pages of games - I think I'd have to do that individually.
What I have in mind is a website with a bunch of text games on one page...doesn't seem like that extraodinary of a request.

Open PGN files with a text editor and copy the text into one text file. Or even better, if you have any database software, merge as many games as you want into one pgn file and print it.
I'm sometimes online, wanting to get high-level games to take to the physical chessboard and play through, but most games I come upon you must view online. Is there any site that has many games that are just lists of moves (with or without variations) I can print?
