Black and white. The dark brown walnut is not enough contrast for brown pieces unless they are a light brown.

I'm not sure which one's to get for walnut chess board: black and white or brown and white chess pieces. In the Chess Fight Night the setups look nice with brown/white pieces but then again, watching world championship games, they use black/white pieces.
What is your take and preference?
