After I become a tactical magician I'll worry about strategy, but most of the games I currently play I win or lose due to tactics so it's time to study up. And is 303 Tricky Chess Tactics okay?
P.S.
What books did you guys read to get where you are today? (1700-2xxx)
also pony up and spend the money on a membership here and use the tactics trainer (you also get chess mentor trainer too)
errr there are no magic bullets and no such thing as unbeatable.
Strategy is a plan tactics are how to make the plan take place. Players naturally develop more complex plans and methods to implement the plan as they improve. But.... to try a plan thats more advanced than a players current skill set tactically or offer multiple plans that are beyond a players understanding is unrealistic. Play simple strategical plans/positions and get good at them, period
