Probably 1. e4 for an open game. Don't bother about romelolukako22, he has a standard rating of 804 and even worse in blitz and likely suffers from a massive inferiority complex.

The January 2016 issue of Chess lists the top twenty openings compiled from a list of 1962 November games where both players were rated over 2400 Elo. One can not take position on this list too seriously because it is greatly influenced by how the openings are grouped. For example, all the Retis are grouped together, while English is separated into 1 ... c5, 1 ... e5, etc. Nevertheless, for what it is worth, the list reports 106 King's Indians, 89 Slavs, 75 1 ... c5 Englishes, 66 1 d4 Nf6 sidelines, 64 Queen's Indians, 62 Caro Kanns, 61 Nimzo-Indians, 56 Classical Gruenfelds, 52 Berlin Ruy Lopezes, 47 1 ... e5 Englishes, 46 Najdorf Sicilians, 45 Closed Ruy Lopezes, 43 Declined Queen's Gambits, 42 Kan Sicilians, 33 1 d4 d5 sidelines, and 33 Semi-Slavs.

I think it depends on what aggressive means. Ruy Lopez can be very positionally aggressive, as can the Queen's Gambit. If pressed, I think those are always good winning tries. Of course, Black has other first move responses than 1...e5 against 1.e4 and 1...d5 against 1.d4, so against other popular responses (in my opinion): 1.e4
Open Sicilian (1...c5)

Caro-Kann Advance (1..c6)

3.Nc3 against the French (1...e6)

1.d4... don't know as well

King Indian, Saemisch variation

Grunfeld... no idea

Nimzo-Indian, Saemisch variation

Hope this helps.
