some says Houdini is the best
Which is the strongest chess engine in the world.
Look at what stockfish is doing to the tcec and you get your answer.

It's currently a two horse race between Komodo 8 and Stockfish if we're talking about match play. Which is kind of funny because when humans use engines, they don't care about how they are programmed to play each other, they care about finding moves after a reasonable amount of time. Houdini 4 would be better in this year's TCEC standings if it didn't have issues with its time management. But all anyone will see is that Houdini is currently in 4th place in stage 3 of TCEC and assume that Houdini is "weaker".

Magnus Carlsen. Don't leave him running in dead drawn positions though as he will play on until something is broken.

Very Funny!!!

Also technically, Komodo is the only undefeated engine through stages 1 and 2. Stockfish lost to Gull in stage 1.
I am not talking about "Deep Blue" and stuff, which has been disassembled at present, I would like to know the current strongst chess playing engine in the 21st century.
Comments and Suggestions would be appreciated
