Melanez friendship group because it has so much activaty.

Chess Unlimited because there's so much to do. Mentor Programs ladders team matches vote chess ect.

I'm a member of a number of groups but I haven't found any advantage to membership. Any examples of how membership can help me enjoy playing chess more?

Mine is the Sirius Members Club. Great for progressive thinkers

Guess I'm too old to understand, or make use of, what groups can offer. Vote chess doesn't interest me at all. I'm kind of particular about my sources of instruction. So I don't see how groups connect to my chess playing. Perhaps there are some social aspects that I'm not connecting with because of age issues on my part.

 Its not your fault you can find people in groups that'll help you get better and improve your game.

 there's alot of people for the Dream Team being that its the largest group and all.
