How to improve in chess?
Don't play bullet and develop your pieces towards the centre castle before 10 moves and don't blunder pieces and chomp on hanging pieces

Then why do you play bullet? Castling is a good principle unless youre already totally winning, not blundering pieces is just nonsense advice, easy said, impossible to do.
Nice to hear your opinion .
Any other advice?
Learn opening principles, dont study theory, i recommend a scandinavian and italian, try to use CCT (Checks, Captures Threats) before every move. Play long time controls to get better at calculation and blundering less, dobt play blitz til youre 1400 rapid, learn endgames. I recommend reading "Chess Fundamentals" by Capablanca, free to read online. Play, A LOT, review every game, find common mistakes and prevent them, capture hanging pieces (Common beginner mistake) turn "show legal moves" on, good luck
Oh man… Is it possible for you to get some coach? Or just a friend who can teach you? Your moves are so insanely terrible that I am not sure that anything that anyone can write here can help you.But I try. I looked at some of your games and it seems that you barely know how pieces move. Before your every move, you have to look at every opponent’s piece and try to imagine every possible square it can move. Look at every single one of your opponents piece one by one and look where it can move. If you can do that, try to ask yourself: What of my pieces are attacked by opponents piece? Is it defended by some my piece? This is absolute basics. If you are rated 100, dońt listen to anyone like “learn openings, learn opening principles, learn strategy etc.” Just take care of what I wrote. Unless you realize what pieces are attacked and what are defended anything else has zero sense to you.
