I like them both. Lichess ratings seem more consistent
which one is better lichess or chess.com?

Imo, if you don't want to pay anything and can play on the website, lichess is better; but if you want to pay and only want to play on the app, chess.com is better.

Lichess offers free puzzles, that's probably very nice to have.
If everything is free then chess.com takes easy but it’s not so it’s pretty equal chess.com has more in-depth analysis lichess has free puzzles and lessons chess.com has forums and clubs to get help along with articles and news + blogs you can play variants idk if lichess has that and there’s tournaments which I think lichess has so it’s equal imo
For me it kind of depends what you are looking for. For daily chess.com is better. For Arena games Lichess is better. For news and analysis chess.com is better. For studying and taking online lessons with titled players lichess is better. Oh yeah and for forums chess.com is better 
lichess. lichess also has a rival otf that is maybe bigger or smaller but probably smaller. Our OTF is on the decline and has lost a lot(NOT ALL) of it's old glory

Well. #1, if chess.com suffers from the extensive problem listed in the last line of your original post (a viewpoint not accepted by all and not to be discussed in open forums) and since that problem might well negate much of the effort made to improve on this site (and it's apparently not a problem on lichess.com or a serious one anyway) then list your desired features of a website, score each site for those attributes and do the math.

Both are very disappointing. Lichess is full of playing like-human bots and chess is full of cheaters. Unfortunately, there's no decent online chess platform to have a decent play.
lichess and chesskid is good. chess.com is like a uninhabitable planet(just joking but it sometimes feels like that)
