Which side to castle (in this position)?

In a recent game I had this position:

So at this position I decided that it's time to castle, but I hesitated on which side to do so. Both options seem good. Opinions?

(Stockfish doesn't seem to give a strong preference to either one either. It starts with preferring long castling, but then changes its mind. The difference in evaluation is not big.)

I would castle Queen side - more protection and Rook lines up with your Queen.

Both are possible. Either O-O-O with Bh6 to follow, or O-O with a4-a5 to follow. White is winning in both cases because of black's bad pawn structure.

Depends on taste but Both sides are about equally good

I thought about Bb5 or 0-0-0 in either order. White is probably winning and the Qs can come off. If 0-0-0 then if ...a6 then Bc4. But 0-0-0 then ...0-0. So Bb5 and then Rd8 then 0-0 is possible.

I would play 0-0-0 right away.
