Which time format for a low rated player ?

I am playing a bunch of 4-5 10 min games a day, but definitelly not for me, as I play like level 0 stupidity, and obviously I get too superficial thinking.

I need more time to think, make plans and not offering free pieces to my opponent. I am going to play now 15 minutes, but do you think it's still too short to really learn? The thing is I don' have so much time to dedicate on chess ( cause kids, work, other things normal humans do)

Which best format would you suggest to capitalize my time best?

So in other terms, one single 30 min game a day, or two 15 minutes games, to learn more efficiently?

Note : I always start by a session of all tactic exercises my current account allows me.

Thanks for your suggestions/ advices.

45/45. And you probably won't find many/any opponents other than the computers at that format. You can however play custom challenges, rate or unrated, against the various computer levels.

Do Live Chess -> Computer, select the computer, and it will come up with a dialog to create the challenge.

45/45 would be excellent for learning but if you don't have much time it would definitely be hard to fit in. 30 min games would be better than 15. Maybe play two 15 min games a day one or two days a week. Analyze all of your games and especially your losses.

as a newbie i guess playing computers and doing tactics are already good enough. sometimes you have difficulty finding players for slow games. I figure out most people prefer blitz, which is not beginner friendly
