Which tournaments is it to get an FM title without having rating 2300 !?

How do I find this tournaments in Russia? where you get an FM title just by scoring some certain points and obtaining a FM title without actually standard procedure, where you've too achieve 2300 rating etc....

How and where do I look for this tournaments?  Is it only for kids or adults can too?

That has the list of events or types of events that award automatic titles.

It's like saying if you win Tata Steel and get gold there you will get a title well..... obviously. ..... 

But which tournament is the EASIEST to get SPECIFIC title an FM !? And also in Russia, so no travelling expenses needed etc.... !?

Which are the options if you are just in Russia and can't travel because of COVID or don't want to spend travel expenses etc...

Getting title like that is much harder than just having 2300 elo. You can't get title without having rating, you need at least 2100 to get FM title.

In Russia, unless you're already a very strong player you probably won't be able to join any of the events. Few of those are regular events; not just any open event is a qualifying one. As to where the events are held, that will depend on which countries bid for them.  Finally, if you're an adult, you'll only be able to qualify for the adult events.

The ones with World or Continental in them are the ones you might be able to join. Events like the Olympiad you have to win a spot in through whatever selection event is available for Russia. 

I see ... DID you watch the video link I posted?  So you are saying for him it was more difficult, he should of just got 2300 it would be easier this way?
