White's Brutal Attack

Hi guys, I have been playing chess at FICS for a while. Although I don't have an account, I'm allowed to play as a guest. When I played white, I tried some brutal moves and it succeeded. Take a look at the board and please comment. Thanks and enjoy.

black should not allow 4.Ng5!

The line through 4.Ng5 is common, right up through GM practice.

It's 5...Nxd5 where black goes wrong.  That, followed by the game's Nxf7, starts what's called the "fried liver attack."  Look it up.  I'm sure it's even been discussed here.  Not sure it gives white too much with perfect play, but perfect play is dang near impossible against it.

Far better and more common is 5...Na5, attacking the bishop.  There are a couple other reasonable defenses, but that one is the most common at high levels.

Torctimes

White starts out well, if the objective is to sacrifice bishops and knights to expose the king and force checkmate under time pressure or otherwise, but the voluntary trading of queens speaks to white's mistake of waiting too long to bring his queen-side knight and bishop into play for a continued assault. I do like your style though.
