His new account has his friends list transferred from his old account, which means it is a second chance account. These are only given when the person who was banned admits to cheating via email and asks for another chance.

I don't know who he is, but he is not a bullet cheater for certain. I've played him multiple times and can confirm that he is legitimately a 3000+ skilled bullet player

I think he is a legit and great player, the only issue is he was using alt accounts on his first account

His real name is Kostya Kornienko . I watched some of his videos on his channel and he plays extremely fast and well , I think the reason his account was banned last time is because of him using alt accounts like @anthonychess69 but other than that , he is an extremely good online ultrabullet player .
