Who is better, Black or White and why?

I think white is better because of a space advantage.
I think that black having a knight in the centre on d4 is an illusion since it probably won't be able to remain there forever.
I would try to capture the pawn on e6 and then queen my d pawn.

At a quick glance I like white a lot better. Black’s unprotected queen is the only thing protecting the knight on d4 and 14.Qe3 looks brutal and makes too many threats for black to handle perhaps. Something as simple as the follow up 15.b4 is threatened. If black addresses that threat, then others are 15.c3 if the knight is still pinned to the queen. If not 14.Qe3 followed by 15.Ng5 puts too much pressure on the e-pawn for black. I would venture to guess that white might actually be winning here after 14.Qe3 or maybe I’m completely reading the position wrong.
I think that it is easy to ascertain who’s better in this position with dynamic analysis alone. I didn’t really bother with static analysis very much but I see a future position with white having a passed d-pawn or being up material at least.
I would guess around +1.5 to +2 for white at least.
Edit: This is a game that you are currently playing...Come on... I was going to post what I found out but I’m going to refrain until your game continues. The reason this topic was started feels pretty lame to me.

I wasnt trying to cheat by getting insight from other players in this game. My opponent and i havent finished this game but we are past this position already. I just thought i could learn something here.

Ok, good. What I was going to say is that I didn't see the obvious response to 14.Qe3 on first glance. The response being 14..Nd5 I had failed to see this move. The immediate 14.c3 seems to be best.
My guess at the computers evaluation was pretty good though. It is fun for me to try to guess these things.
I am of the opinion that you should be beyond the position you are talking about before posting. That wasn't the case. It is just better to not give people a reason to suspect. You played a move that wasn't mentioned so I have no reason to doubt what you said.

I think one of the main reasons white is better is because of that bishop on c8 for black. It hasn't got any good diagonals to work with anytime soon. The backwards pawn on e6 is an issue, and the knight on d4 is very unstable, very easy to kick it out. Blacks queenside is in a knot. Whites bad knight on h3 can quickly get into the action, most of whites pieces are doing at least something. At least 2 of blacks pieces aren't, and it's hard for them to finish development without further hindering the bishop on c8. Having said that black has a more active queen for now, and while the knight on d4 can be kicked easily, it'll still be active after it retreats. Whites advantage is substantial but it isn't winning.
the bishop can't even move (b7 will be captured), so Black can't move the rook

Simply something like Rb8, b6, and Bb7 to challenge on the long diagonal. I don't think the b7 square is much of a problem. The problem is how cramped blacks position is and how white will never give them enough time to fix all their problems because of all the targets they can pressure. White has the initiative and black is going to have to struggle for a little while at least.

Better structure and better development for white. White can have pressure in the center / queenside. Black is a little awkward in comparison.

I like White better because of Black's weak, backward e-Pawn, his more exposed King and Black the dark squares near Black's King can potentially be exploited.

White is better: 1) better and stable pawn structure without weak points; 2) almost full control over centre; 3) control over main white diagonal thanks to well placed White Bishop; 4) almost finished development - Rooks should be connected - Rad1 + Re1 pair preferable; 5) clear plan aiming for full control over centre - key square e5 for jumping Knights supported by pawns (c3 + d4), fixing Black main weakness pawn e6 with possible invasion on black squares of Black King side by White Queen + Knights and start mating attack there.
