Who is better in this position, Stockfish or Leela.

As some position become really complicated, even the world top best engines like Stockfish and Leela evaluate the position differently.

SF think white is better

Leela think black is better.

And also very wild to see a piece sacrifice( kt in the middle) for long time and no one take it. 

People are really mad to see those games.

Given that black won the game I would say that suggests that Leela chess was right and was actually better. So I think it seems sensible to say black is better.

This game shows a lot of strategic moves, positional sacrifices. Leela did three important sacrifices!!

1. ....g3!!! Sacrifice a pawn to open "g"file.

2. ..... Bd7 (sacrifice center pawn to open "e" file.

3. ......Re4!!! Sacrifice a rook! Leela see a knight a center is better than a rook, so sacrificed a rook and put a well placed knight.

From Stockfish POV, Stockfish also sacrificed a knight in the centre, in exchange for two centre pawn, but Leela did not take the knight.

My engine says it was a draw...+.3...which is nothing since white was ahead a pawn. Kind of funny that SF would be surprised at LC0 defense, only to realize it was still fortress over and over again.

Boring non chess and piece shuffling.

Yeah, engine technique is laughably bad.

I was thinking of going through and cleaning up the nonsense moves so we could more easily see the actual game.
