No, once your account is created you can't modify the rating other than by playing games.

You have a provisional rating of 1200 for your "daily" time control. Easiest way to fix that is just play a half a dozen rated games in that time control. Your elo will stabilize around your actual level.

You can't. Once you play enough games, your rating will naturally get to where it should be if you are at that level.
