In bullet: Hikaru

In blitz: Magnus (but Hikaru is in the second place and the difference between him and Magnus is about 10 points)

In rapid: Magnus

No, Carlsen is likely stronger than Naka in bullet as well. Also, Danny Rensch can be quoted as saying he believes Wesley So is the strongest 3 minute player in the world - better than Carlsen and Naka

I used info in internet.

Right now I think Magnus Carlsen has proven that he is the best player of the present day by  winning the World championship, retaining it for 8 years and consistently  maintaining a higher Elo rating than his rivals

It is impossible to decide who is the best of all time because the general standard of chess is continually rising and "natural talent"  is a very hard thing to assess.  But if we look at superiority over their peers there  are several candidates. However, we could argue endlessly and inconclusively  (and players do!) about the relative merits of Morphy, Capablanca, Fischer, Kasparov and Carlsen.

There is a very strong possibility that the next time Magnus defends his title he will lose it to Alireza Firouzja. Alireza's incredibly fast rise to the top continues.  At the time of writing he is number two in the FIDE rating list and, what is more, he is ten years younger than anyone else in the top ten.  A few years from now there might be no argument that Alireza is both the stongest reigning champion and the "greatest" player of all time.  We shall see.

What do you mean?

Some people seemingly don't know what the meaning of "is" is. It is the present tense, meaning at this time. The triennial world championship just concluded. Magnus Carlsen won. He is recognized as the world's best today.

There’s a great invention called “Google”. It was just developed. How it works: You go to the search bar and enter your query. Then, you hit enter and gives you an answer!!

It’s amazing!

If a 5 year old had achieved your present rating it would mark them as a promising player.

You need to be a GM by 15 if you expect to be high in the world rankings as an adult.  As for becoming World Champion. Look at Carlsen's strength as a child (and Radjabov and Karjakin who were similarly rated at similar ages, but were eventually outpaced by Magnus).  Look at Firouzja's rating progress from age 8 to the present on the FIDE rating site?  How does yours compare?  And Kasparov was already stronger than most good club players by the age of 9.  Does your progress compare with that?

I believe that players that start to take chess seriously in their teens or as young adults can become very strong ... but world champions?  It is delusional for most players to think that is a realistic possibility.

Of course I know that you were joking.
