Who knows Blitz Rules ?

I played in a chess club blitz game. On the last seconds

I suggested a draw. My opponents thought several seconds and

then his time was over. After that he said: OK, it's draw.

What result should be in this case ?

You win on time. Your draw offer stands until he makes a move, or until his clock expires.
