   Im talking about Stockfish on a normal type computer, versus deeper blue set up like it was when it beat Kasparov

Even an engine running on a smartphone would beat Deep Blue nowadays. The time when engines on a regular Desktop PC overtook Deep Blue in playing strength was somewhere in the middle 2000s, so you are a decade late, lol.
