I had 1300 rating in 5 min, then I started to pay the site, today I have 1700 in tactics, I know and studied Italian opening, Scottish opening, queen's opening gambito, Sicilian defense, grunfeld defense against d4, and even though I have theoretical knowledge and tactical training I can't get past 1200 because ?
