Staff are looking into it but it appears to be a bug with Chrome 109 (and Chromium based browsers) and interaction with Stockfish 15 NNUE or Stockfish 15 (faster) in analysis settings. That version came out January 10th and members started experiencing crashing after that update.

If you disable the engine in analysis or set to Komodo, that should stop the crashes until the root cause is determined and fixed or Chrome updates again and fixes whatever causes the crashes.

Have you used version 109, on or after January 10th, 2023 and have Stockfish 15 as your preferred analysis engine?

By the way, staff are actively working on a solution until a more formal fix is identified.

Thanks Martin ... and this happens to my students as well ... right after a game ends, it crashes ... then you click reload and it will bring you back to game, to which then shows results win/lose and you can close that window and review game a normal ... however said, cool they are aware of it as it has to be within many users ... it will not happen every time but lately its about six times out of ten games it will crash ... ok thx again.

You can change the engine in any analysis board, under the settings icon.
