Why after I block a guy am I still getting challenges?

So I keep getting challenges for a game for a guy that I blocked like 2 hours ago. They keep coming despite reporting it to chess.com. Is there any way to stop receiving challenges from this guy beyond blocking the user? To be clear, this player is currently blocked.

Still coming through but hopefully by disabling all challenges that works.
