because its just the beginning , you will loose a lot in beginning and come out as hot iron ready to be smelt as sword and play well and not loose easily

Learn and apply the most important principles of chess. - (core of my teaching)
Always blunder-check your moves.
Solve tactics in the right way.
Analyze your games.
Study games of strong players.
Learn how to be more psychologically resilient.
Work on your time management skills.
Get a coach if you can.
Play with at least 10 bots and win then play rapid because bullet and blitz are more speed and accuracy so go for a 10 minute game
That’s how I had teacher and over time it is not that bad and you also learn new techniques when playing with bots
