Sorry you're having troubles on live chess. When you go to your live chess settings (top right corner of full board), can you please make sure when you go to the play tab that you have your incoming challenges filter set there as well?
why am I matched up with better players?

this -200 +200 system makes no sense, I tried adjusting it so I don't have to play players over 700 but it doesn't work, if I'm a 600, I don't want to play a 900 or 800, I'm just a beginner
