I learned chess when Duolingo sent out the new course; chess. I learned basic things, then came to chess.com to continue my chess journey. I've analyzed and played so many games that you would be pretty sure my Elo rating would have been better, but it's not! I can't get above 400, and even my OTB rating is much higher. What am I doing wrong? Is it too many bullet games? Is it not winning enough? Does anyone have any advice for beginners like me? It's been half a year. You could basically say I am new.
