I do the same sometimes but I just always review my games and learn from my mistakes

And also before making a move always double check or even triple check to make sure the move is solid

One tip that will always stick with you: never look at your numbers. They will only hurt you.

I've been tilting a lot lately and wanted to share my thoughts on why this might be happening to help others recognize and deal with it.

Common Causes

Unrealistic ExpectationsI've noticed that tilt often comes from having expectations that don't match reality. This happens when:
- You expect to always perform well
- You set unreasonably high standards for yourself
- You think you must win every game
- You get paranoia about cheating/cheaters

Emotional TriggersSeveral situations can trigger tilt:
- Toxic players in the chat
- Poor internet connection
- Multiple losses in a row
- Being one game away from a new top rating
- Personal underperformance

Psychological FactorsTilt gets amplified by:
- Too much focus on results instead of process
- Taking mistakes and losses personally
- Dwelling on negative experiences
- Performance pressure

Recognition and Prevention

The key thing I've learned is that tilt comes from a combination of a trigger, an emotion, and your response to it. Only when you react to the emotion does it become tilt. By adjusting expectations and focusing on what you can control, tilt becomes more manageable.

for blitz this rule is 100% valid still, for bullet though, it's a good rule but can't always be followed.

Matchup algorithm is trying to “tilt” you into buying Premium. That’s all it is.
