Why am I worse in Tactics Trainer compared to actual games.

One thing you could to is get familiar with the patterns in tactics trainer instead of finding them in tactics trainer. Check out the "Basic checkmates" video series by Danny Rensch. Once you get familiar with a pattern, it should be much easier to find in games and in tactics trainer.
The checkmates that are in my puzzles, I don't miss in real games, but miss them in tactics trainer. I already find them well in actual games.
believe me when I say that you are missing tons of small and big tactics in your game. Besides that you probably make blunders that your opponents don't recognize as blunders. If I make them you make them. The only way to improve this is by studying tactics.
