Depends. Usually for me a smaller minority would be bad, while an even smaller minority will compliment me on my win or console me after a loss. The vast majority will usually not make comments and just proceed with their next games.
Sorry your experience here has been so negative. Not sure why, but generally the longer the time control, the better chance of meeting nice people. And the coward part? I'm assuming folks are declining your rematch requests? Lots of us simply want to review each game while it's fresh in our minds before going on to the next. Rematches have been the subject of many previous threads...

Well, calling people cowards is pretty hostile so maybe you just get the behaviour that your own behaviour begets?!
I have chat disabled so people are neither friendly nor hostile, they're just someone to play a game of chess with then move right along and forget them.

Are those who declined rematches Cowards or Disobedient? Why would they obey a Rematch Command?

Just like anything you do in life, you will encounter some good people and some bad. I've definitely encountered a lot more cheaters on chess.com recently, but definitely not very many hostile people. Most people on this site are good, chess-loving people!
