why are most players turning there chat off ?

i find in my 14 day games that i play part of experiemce is the talking to the other player where he/she /it is from and maybe a helpful hint or two about chess lately all i get is char disable this is frustrating for me as the char part os as important as the game itself and bringing people together is what chess is all about --- sad times we live in - sad players tooo-- when this is the comman methods of play at other sites to talk especially over a long game like 14 days common folks don't be so stuck up you can't see the forest for that single tree that may have offended you - just block that person and move on-- playing here  now is much less enjoyable than it was one year ago when i took a break -------  thank god i started to play the game  og  go- where chat  is much enjoyed by all  between players and there i play 28 day games so looks og interaction is enjoyed by all
